I started working in real estate in the late 1990s, helping friends and family sell their properties.  In 2000, I decided to expand my opportunities and get my real estate license:  that’s also when I established my single-family home realty service.  For the past 11 years I’ve specialized in buying and selling investment properties, land, and residential real estate in the Solano, Yolo, and Lake counties.  Real estate isn’t just a business for me – it’s a longtime passion.

I am originally from Hawaii.  After graduating from high school in 1980, I moved to California in 1981 and went into business for myself.  My strong work ethic and diligence helped me get to where I am today.  I’ve trained in multiple facets of the real estate market – from financing, to marketing, to pricing – and I couple my continuing education with good old hard work to help move properties along as quickly and efficiently as possible.
